All cast iron components are well designed and ribbed for the best rigidity. 616 with ball bearing table and D-2 (SKD-11) slide ways, hardened and precision ground, ensure smooth and easy operation. 450 with Turcite-B lining table, for stable longitudinal movement. High precision Class 7 (CP4) angular contact ball bearings are used on the cartridge spindle, integrated with dynamically balanced shaft, sealed and lubricated for life.

Three axes automatic surface grinder. X&Y slide ways are laminated with Turcite-B, hand-scraped. 250AHD with ball bearing table and D-2 (SKD-11) slide ways. The (Z axis) are hand-scraped. The spindle is supported by CP4 preloaded super precision angular contact ball bearings, with a maximum run-out of 2 microns. Separate hydraulic system enables smooth table reversing with a 26 meter/min table speed. Automatic lubricating system in all 3-axes. Automatic down-feed gearbox for accurate down-feed increment. Sizes available from (250~400)mm by (500~800 )mm.

Three axes automatic surface grinder with Mitsubishi PLC Control. Modern 6- inch colour LCD touch screen panel, Down feed mechanism is driven by an AC servomotor. Manual Pulse Generator (MPG) included. The crossfeed travel is set by the push-button on the console: different crossfeed increments can be set for both rough and finish grinding. Control is also available in two axes. Sizes available from (250~400)mm by (500~800)mm.
