Lister Service includes installation and commissioning, training, preventative maintenance, repairs and service contracts. We also provide applications engineering consultancy and ongoing technical support on all our product ranges.

A dedicated Spare Parts Division supports our Customer Service by ensuring fast, efficient delivery of parts for all our product ranges. This support, backed up by comprehensive in-house stocks, is critical to helping our customers maintain the highest uptimes and productivity for their machine tools.

Lister Machine Tools Ltd provides a comprehensive machine moving servicing including decommissioning, removal, loading, transport, offloading, siting, recommissioning and training if required, to include comprehensive project management.

Dial-in support for Trumpf machines

Dial-in support in a matter of seconds – this is what Lister Machine Tools with TRUMPF Teleservice offers: Machine and process data are evaluated on-line. Modern Trumpf machines equipped with open controllers are the basis for Teleservice.

The machine is linked on-line to the PC of the service engineer by means of a telephone connection. This enables us to get immediate information on the situation at your Trumpf machine which in turn means swifter response and reduces the need for field service.

Teleservice options include fault diagnostics, configuration of machine parameters, all the way to transfer of NC programs, technology tables and software updates.
